The location of this hotel is excellent, being close to a mall and within easy reach of the railway and shopping center. It's perfect for those who want to explore Surabaya. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities provided are sufficient. The rooms have a unique Japanese style, adding a touch of cultural charm to the stay. Breakfast, although limited in choices, is satisfactory.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices that won't break the bank. Its location in the Surabaya area is ideal, being close to a mall and within walking distance of the railway. Additionally, the staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms have a unique Japanese style, adding a pleasant touch to the overall ambiance. The breakfast provided a variety of options that catered to different tastes.

Spent Christmas at a hotel close to the center of the city. Loved the location, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and cozy. Especially enjoyed the large pool and the tasty breakfast buffet with a variety of local dishes.
The WiFi was not great and the hotel was quite old-fashioned. the staff's English was not always clear, and some of them didn't seem comfortable speaking it.

Convenient location, good breakfast and friendly staff
Likes the convenient location near shopping centers and restaurants. The breakfast provided a good selection of food and there were friendly staff members who were helpful with recommendations on what to do around the area.
The experience was ruined by the uncomfortable, lumpy bed and the run-down room. The surroundings were also noisy, preventing a restful romantic escape.
